TERMS and conditions

We created this site as a service to the Kaua'i golf community and to those hosting events that provide benefits to Kaua'i. We commit to be pono towards that mission and not abuse the trust the community puts in us. 

• We are not charging any fees for using this site, and we have no plans to charge any fees. 
• We are not soliciting or accepting donations.
• We will sometimes add tournaments and events based on announcements we see (on social media, flyers, etc.) information. If for any reason, you do not want your event listed on the site, we will remove it.
• We try to be as accurate as possible but errors can happen. We will correct any mistakes we become aware of but we are not responsible for anything that happens as a result of an error.
• All trademarks and copyrights are the property of the respective owners.
